Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery Times (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Some items ship from international warehouses, which is reflected in these delivery windows.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Tracking

Every order ships with door-to-door tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate.

Delays

Occasionally carriers, weather, or customs processing can cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us — under our 60-Day Guarantee we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
