Findwell Refund Policy

At Findwell, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.

60-Day Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date at findwell@findwell.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship anything back to us for this. This guarantee also covers orders that never arrive. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate and make it right with a reship or refund.

How to Request a Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit Email

findwell@findwell.store with your order number, the reason for your request, and (if applicable) a photo of the item. We respond to all requests within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by the guarantees above.
